I was offered a comparable plan from xfinity (combining internet and cell). However, they lied! My cell plan was not the same. I asked if I could get out of the xfinity plan, they says no. Another lie! Further conversation with xfinity failed. I called Altice to inquire return to my original plan of unlimited for $30, they said no. The rep at Altice was pleasant and helpful. Sadly I made an awful mistake and should of never left Altice.

Replace my iphone

My phone dropped and is damaged. I have insurances and would like a new iPhone. I have been having trouble with my iPhone volume it was never wotking properly when I fist purchased it. I took it in for survive and the worker tried to fix it but couldnt. So she gave me another iPhone but the new one she gave had volume problem too. Now my iPhone is cranked and has a bright green light running through it and II cant view my iPhone screen clearly anymore.

*** poor WiFi connection throughout the Hamptons. Can never get a real person for support on my phone. I keep telling everyone I know what a bad, bad service and support optimum mobile is.

See above. At home, every time I have no WiFi connection then I have to go to my setting and put the stupid Altec WiFi back connected.

I do this at least 10 times a day. This never happened till a month ago.

Fix your goddam towers. Ive been told for the past 2 months that they are going off their old towers and putting up a new one. I want another month credit of $38* for your poor service, my aggravation and loss is f money while DoorDashing.

Many times, I am unable to confirm my delivery do to no WiFi and I have to travel back many miles (1 to 7) to be reconnected to your damn WiFi.

Last month I was switching to Verizon Mobile Phone but at the last minute they wouldnt allow me till I paid off my iPhone 12s $350+ bill. Im so fed up with your company and lack of service

So I was sent a bill for 124 it is now being sent to collections I never had active service at all .I cancelled it even before they sent me the SIM card which I never received either .You can clearly pull up my account and see I never once used your service .Get my bill out of a collection agency or I will contact a lawyer

Billed too much

I was offered Optimum Mobile as part of a bundle with SuddenLink. Was told my bill would be+/-$41.00 for 3 gb on 2 phones. My bill came and it was $71.12. I called customer service and they told me that the accounts hadn't been linked. The first rep linked the accounts and said that would be the end of the "bad news." Next day my credit card was billed $71.12. I called and was told that I had to pay it since the 2 accounts hadn't been linked. Someone, somewhere failed to link the accounts, but I have to pay an extra 30 bucks! Moreover, when I called it was 10am EST and I was advised that there was no supervisor there to speak to about getting a refund of the difference, that there wouldn't be one until 3 pm. What call center doesn't have a supervisor.

Never had service charged 4 times

This company talked me into a bundle with Suddenlink and I never did get service and I tried to get out of it with them and they put me through *** and I could not get anybody to help me they kept putting me off into this line that charges you money without even explaining it to you they just send you away and youre gone! So then I tried to get out and cancel and they wouldnt help me do it, and then I couldnt get my pin number to get a new portal to the new carrier and they kept charging me $20 for this $20 for that $64 twice,In four days apart from each other.

I finally got somebody that told me that they would take away the charges but it never happened and its been three weeks to a month. Something is not right with this company! They do not care about you whatsoever! They send you away to this pay Line for help!

It is a racket! I am going to report them to my bank now.
